Felix Rosenboom is a Berlin-based cellist currently pursuing his Master's degree at the Hochschulefür Musik Hanns Eisler with Prof. Nicolas Altstaedt. A passionate chamber musician, he performs regularly with ensembles across Europe and the UK. He made his concerto debut at the age of 13 with the Claydon Chamber Orchestra and has since appeared as a soloist with the Lydian Chamber Orchestra, Lyric Chamber Orchestra and the Georgian Chamber Orchestra Ingolstadt at the Konzerthaus Blaibach. In 2022, Felix was named a recipient of the Gautier Capuçon Foundation Scholarship, leading to his debut at Schloss Elmau in 2024. He has collaborated extensively with contemporary composers, including touring Germany and Austria in 2023 to premiere works by Alexander Maria Wagner and recording the album Käfer Töten with vocalist and actor Graham F. Valentine. He has also recorded his debut solo album featuring works by French composer Jean Charles Gandrille, due for release soon. Together with pianist Sebastian Salvaterra, he has been accepted into Shani Diluka's Classe d'Excellence at the Académie Rainier III in Monaco.Felix has received numerous awards, including the AYM Joan Scrutton Award, two First Prizes at the North London Strings Competition and First Prize at the Sevenoaks Young Musician of the Year (2019). Internationally, he won First Prize at the Anton Rubinstein International Cello Competition in Düsseldorf and the Concorso Mainardi at the Mozarteum Salzburg (2022). Additional distinctions include a Special Prize at Les Musicales du Centre International Music Competition in Paris, Second Prize at the La Follia Nuova International Chamber Music Competition, finalist at the Buchet International Cello Competition (2024) and the Ro yal Overseas League Strings Competition (2026). Felix completed his Bachelor's degree at the Universität Mozarteum Salzburg with Prof. Clemens Hagen, following studies at Junior Guildhall School in London with Selma Gokcen and mentorship from Patricia Calnan. He has attended masterclasses with Danjulo Ishizaka, Andreas Brantelid, Ralph Kirshbaum, Roel Dieltiens, Gary Hoffman, Daniel Müller-Schott and Steven Isserlis. Between 2023 and 2025 he participated in the Prussia Cove Masterclasses and the NUME Academy in Cortona, collaborating with artists including Stella Chen and Tommaso Lonquich. Felix performs on a Marinus Capicchioni cello generously loaned by the Deutsche Stiftung Musikleben.

Sebastian Salvaterra was born in Paris in 1990 and began studying piano at the age of four. In 2009, he graduated with a Piano Diploma, Unanimous Distinction and Gold Medal from the Athenaeum “Maria Callas” Conservatory in Athens. He has participated in masterclasses with distinguished musicians including Mikhail Voskressensky, Nikolai Petrov, Christopher Elton, Joanna McGregor, Hortense Cartier-Bresson, Albert Attenelle, Igor Laszko, Jerome Rose, Emanuel Krasovsky, Alexander Kobrin and Misha Dacic. He has also worked closely with Ivo Pogorelich, Alain Lefèvre and Jorge Luis Prats, who continue to mentor him. Salvaterra has performed extensively across Europe, the Americas and the Middle East, appearing in solo recitals, chamber music concerts, radio broadcasts and television performances. His concert tours have included France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Greece, Hungary, Turkey, Russia, the Netherlands, Israel and the United States. His competition successes include the Grand Prix at the International Robert Canetti Music Festival Competition (Paris, 2006), First Prize at the International Music Festival and Summer Music Academy Competition (Mytilini, 2009), Third Prize at the International Alexander Scriabin Piano Competition (Paris, 2010), Third Prize at the IKIF International Piano Competition (New York, 2017), and Second Prize at the Maschmann Stiftung Competition (Vienna, 2019). A recipient of the Vladimir Spivakov International Music Foundation, he has performed in prestigious venues including the Roerich Museum Concert Hall and the Moscow International House of Music. He has also received scholarships from the International AHEPA Foundation and the Robert Canetti Music Foundation. In 2010, he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Piano Performance from the University of Indianapolis, where he was Class Valedictorian. He later studied with Jacques Rouvier at the Berlin University of the Arts before completing both a Master's Degree in Piano Solo Performance with distinction (2018) and postgraduate studies (2021) at the Mozarteum University Salzburg. During 2020–2021, he was a member of the prestigious Philippe Jaroussky Academy, performing with orchestra at La Seine Musicale. He currently resides in Munich and performs regularly as a soloist and chamber musician
