Following their London debut at the Southbank Centre's Purcell Room in 2014 as Park Lane Group Young Artists, the Minerva Piano Trio are establishing themselves as one of the UK's most exciting young trios. Finalists in the 2013 Royal Over-Seas League Music Competition, the Trio are engaged in innovative programmes, ranging from revivals of neglected works to collaboration with living composers. They have worked closely with leading British composers including Mark-Anthony Turnage. Recent highlights include the premiere of a work written by the Minerva Piano Trio's cellist and composer Richard Birchall. Among their upcoming appearances include a return performance at the Stratford-upon-Avon Chamber Music Society and a London masterclass with Gabor Takacs-Nagy. They are grateful for the support of the Park Lane Group, ChamberStudio, Richard Carne Trust, and Concordia Foundation.
